
Lawyer from Diego Portales University, specialized in Intellectual Property Law and Administrative Law. Her professional practice has focused on providing comprehensive legal counsel to stakeholders in the creative industries, ranging from the registration and defense of trademarks, the management, formalization, and protection of copyright and related rights in the music, publishing, and audiovisual sectors, to the legal and corporate structuring of cultural companies and organizations.

She has also worked in research and cultural management, with a focus on public policy and innovation in financing for the creative industries. In 2023, she served as a consultant for Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) for a feasibility study on public funding instruments such as match-crowdfunding in Chile. She currently holds the position of Vice President of the Chilean Independent Electronic Music Industry Association (IME Chile), promoting the strengthening of the independent music ecosystem.
