Law degree from Universidad de Chile, graduated with highest distinction (2020). Diploma in Intellectual Property from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2020). Specialized in Intellectual Property, innovation and technology transfer. In addition, he has solid knowledge in matters of personal data protection, software contracting, commercial and corporate law.
His practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property management for the film industry, trademarks, contracts and software protection, commercial and corporate law, as well as advising corporations and non-profit foundations.
Relevant experience as part of the research team and drafter of the draft project of the Technology Transfer Law for the Ministry of Science and Technology, commissioned by the IDB (2021) and of the project Prototype of Intellectual Property Management for Museums in Chile, specifically the National Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, commissioned by the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO (2022).
He is also part of the legal team of IME Chile, which incorporates research tasks related to the protection of rights and phonograms, collective management and promotion of the music industry in Chile.
He has worked in permanent contact with different public and private institutions related to cultures such as the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage, PROCHILE, CORFO, SERCOTEC and related private institutions, as well as other cultural associations.
